Our approach: concepts

We see conceptual design as a process: It starts with the wording of an initial idea and moves through testing and the planning phases to successful implementation. At each of these steps external assistance may offer crucial advantages.

Idea

An idea needs an impulse and personal creativity. In everyday life important ideas are rare: routine diminishes the power of impulses, as well as pressure of time and timeworn structures hinder creative energy.

Successful business models bind workforce and attention, leaving little opportunity for innovation. New projects and the achievement of matters which by first sight may appear absurd, often demand of executives a certain negligence of ongoing responsibilities.

We function as professional lateral thinkers and thus offer insourcing. External forces increase internal competence instead of investing your workforce less efficiently or entirely transferring your responsibilities which are then out of your control.

Ideas make business exciting and ideas seminal. Fresh and realistic thoughts are precious assets. We offer you more of it.

Planning

A good idea is of high value – as long as it is followed by effective planning. Through systematic preparation and structured scheduling we ensure that the ultimate objective remains clearly visible and that the intermediate targets remain attainable.

For profitable coordination of different partners – be it project related employees, BFR or a third party – for each step of the project we will define a precise route and review it systematically.

Implementation

A valuable innovation with a carefully constructed planning is often faced with weariness of innovations within the implementation phase: Strategic decisions have been made and a carefully drafted scheme now requires consequent and detailed realisation.

Therefore the innovation’s value depends on the accuracy of this final step of the conceptual design. The continuous supervision and monitoring of the process helps detecting and correcting flaws. We are prepared for it.
