Coaching means to professionally consult and accompany a person (coachee) during the act of his or her complex activities with the goal of enabling the coachee to give his or her best.
There are two kinds of coaching at BFR: One supplies personal development and career planning by psychologists experienced in management. The other – explained in detail below – provides individual advancement of conceptual and communicative competencies.
Advancement in conceptualisation:
- You are taking over a new position or need to coordinate a new team? We support you in analysing the situation as well as scheduling and planning all necessary steps.
- For systematic preparation of complex operations, challenging discussions or interviews, we work with you on your goals, statements, and your strategy.
- In conflicts within your team, your department or the company, we develop a strategy with you, clarifying the present situation, and support you to come to conclusions for persistent improvement of the situation.
Advancement in communication:
Together with you, we develop tailor-made instruments of rhetoric and reasoning. We consult you in extensive as well as spontaneous content processing and in structuring a complementary presentation. We check the capacity of your line of argument and develop convincing strategies for critical moments. Please click here for further information.
