is a graduate political scientist. Before he became self employed, he worked in the field of international economical Cooperation. Together with Frederik von Rumohr he won the German Debating Championship in 2002. In 2003 he was nominated best speaker. In the position of Formation Chairman Christian Blum (right) leaded the Association of Debating Clubs at colleges and universities, “Verband der Debattierclubs an Hochschulen e.V.” and the German Debating Society. His main interests are the internal organisation of companies, the analysis of product strategies, and the training of conversational skills.

is a trained merchandiser and studied history, art history and political science in Dresden and Berlin. During his studies he worked as a consultant. Furthermore Frederik von Rumohr (left) was student assistant to a member of the Bundestag. Together with Christian Blum he won the German Debating Championship in 2002 and was nominated best speaker the same year. His main interests are negotiation strategies, project management, and the training of public speaking.
